AIFS Transportation Package
Students have the option of purchasing a round-trip ticket for the group
flight arranged through AIFS. Students choosing this option should note
the following restrictions: Tickets purchased from AIFS are exclusively
on scheduled airlines (not charters). They are not endorsable to another
carrier. Flights are not necessarily direct or non-stop, and frequent
flyer miles are not applicable. The AIFS transportation Package includes
your ground transportation from the airport in Europe to your accommodations
on the regularly scheduled program dates. AIFS will book flights on the
dates indicated on this application or you may choose an alternate return
date (see the attached Flight Sign-Up Sheet). Participants who choose an
alternate return date are responsible for their transfer from their
accommodations to the airport.
AIFS will not make your flight arrangements for you unless you clearly
indicate your travel preferences on your application and flight Sign-Up Sheet.
When is Fee Payment Due?
The AIFS non-refundable application fee ($50) and enrollment deposit ($400) are due (with the completed application)
by October 23, 2008. The AIFS fee balance is due by AIFS' final payment date, December 5, 2008, along with the optional
AIFS airfare if chosen. Credit cards are accepted for fee payment.
Community College enrollment fees must be paid at the time of registration before
departure; credit cards or checks only.
