MISSION STATEMENT
The following mission statement has been developed to inform and educate the following stakeholders:
students, faculty & staff, administration and the community at large.

CCCCD Facilities Planning follows a collaborative process of Capital Planning which includes
each college and it's community in the design and timely delivery of Capital Improvement projects which are
respectful of and enhance the overall campus fabric.

CCCCD Facilities Planning create and maintain innovative, flexible and adaptive learning environments
which support and enhance evolving instructional and learning modalities

CCCCD Facilities Planning demonstrate excellent stewardship of public and private funds through
conscientious and professional management and administration of both initial and life cycle project costs
FACILITIES MASTER PLANS
Contra Costa Community College District Facility Master Plans outline the physical development opportunities supporting
both the current needs and the projected enrollment and program growth for each college. The Facility Master Plan addresses
land use, campus capacity, campus circulation, building conditions, utility systems, parking and landscaping.
