The Contra Costa Community College District will receive bids at the same time and place, in a manner specified in the advertisement for bids, unless superseded by an addendum. The District may receive formal and informal bids pursuant to the guidelines of the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA) as contained at the California Public Contract Code, Sections 22000 and 22030 et seq.
